The product and the shipping address almost never arrive in the same message. ConnectionOps never acts on one message in isolation, and a conversation it could only partly read is left for a person.
Order before reply
No reply claims a sample is on the way until the order actually exists. If the order fails, nothing is sent, and nobody is left waiting on a package that was never placed.
An autonomy ladder, not a switch

Spend you can actually check
Every total separates what Amazon has settled from what is still an estimate, and a unit with no cost entered is never quietly counted as free. Daily caps stop the spending, not a dashboard warning.
Sends are verified, not assumed
The messaging endpoint offers no way to make a retry safe, so a lost response is genuinely ambiguous. ConnectionOps re-reads the conversation to find out what happened. An outcome it cannot determine goes to a person and is never retried blind.
